6. Artificial Intelligence and Data Analysis

Our Service utilizes OpenAI to analyze user-provided onboarding data and generate personalized nutrition plans. By using the Service and providing onboarding information, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your data (excluding personal identifiers like name/email) will be processed by OpenAI to provide the core functionality of the Service.
  • AI-generated plans are for informational purposes and should be reviewed by a professional before implementation.
  • You will be asked to provide explicit consent within the App before your data is shared with OpenAI.

7. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HighProtein.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. You use HighProtein.io “as is” and “as available.”
